Well, I went to the doctor finally and here is the report:

- knees were probably stiff and painful because I am getting old :-( and the

change in weather (getting colder); I attributed it to LC transgression

because I had been neglecting my vits and probably having a weekly non-LC

something; she wrote me a prescription for some pain reliever - I don't

think so.

- have lost a grand total of 9 lbs since last January - not quite a lb a

month! this tells me, if I didn't already know, that I am very close to

some sort of equilibrium with the amount I eat and the amount of activity;

although I am not at my mental target for weight, I feel good and can wear

14-16 and have an occasional treat; I will decide after the new year if

there is a new push - Santa is leaving an AbSlide!

- I forgot I would be getting a cholesterol test, so had my usual eggs/bacon

breakfast; results were STILL great, although triglycerides and LDL were

probably higher due to the breakfast:

total cho: 175, trig: 102, HDL: 49, LDL 106

HJ have you ever heard of MSM with glucosamine? It works great for

arthritic knees or other areas. My dad who has arthritis in his spine

and was in alot of pain has been taking it and has been releive of alot
