" BJU Int. 2008 Dec;102(11):1531-8. The last couple of sentences: " Its immediate onset of action achieves a more rapid suppression of testosterone and PSA than leuprolide. Furthermore, there is no need for antiandrogen supplements to prevent the possibility of clinical 'flare'.
