You list your zip code and will give you a list of approved Surgeons. you can try any Cancer hospital or treatment center. I live in Ohio. The cancer Center, part of Ohio State Medical, a teaching hospital. I also hit the web site and found the who was the Head of Robotic Surgery. My surgery was 06-26-08 10:00am. It was nerve sparing latteral,the prostate was removed first then the lymph nodes.I had seven small incisions, closed by glue not staples or sutures. Checked out the next day at noon. If I had radiation I could not have robotic. Dr. also said if he starts robotic, and sees that the cancer has spread to the bladder ect. He has to stop and change to open surgery.
