Guest guest
Hi all, I just got my " approval " letter from SSDI stating that I will start to receive benefits. The only problem is that they are stating my onset date is 13 months later then what it should be; which means according to SSDI, I am not entitled to any backpay. I just spoke to my lawyer and we will have to go to a hearing over my onset date. He did say " congrads " on getting approved on the first try...but we still have to go to court. I knew I would have to jump through hoops at some point during this ordeal. I did have another question for everyone. When I was reading the booklet that was sent w/ my letter. How often does your claim have to be reviewed with RA and fibromyalgia? Do you have to go through " work incentives " or " ticket to work program " ? Thanks for answering all my questions w/ SSDI. It really helps me.
