Well, today was good - except for the water - I'll work on that tomorrow.

Breakfast: 2 scrambled egge, 1 sausage patty

Lunch: 6 oz. chopped beef, 1 c. green beans;

dinner: 4 oz. hamburger patty; grilled onions; asparagus with 1 Tbsp.

pimento cheese.

Only had aboaut 22 oz. of water today. I was too busy to even drink --

water, of course.

Too late to start tonight, but water will be my goal tomorrow.

Didn't work in any snacks either. I think that's my problem. Don't eat

often enough. I'll keep you posted and maybe I'll get some feed back. I

think this is my " maintenance " menu.
