Happens to me all the time. I get off of work get in the car and i am

only sitting for a minute and when i get out i can barly walk. it's the

strangest thing. All i can tell you is the same old things. I take hot

showers and sometimes a bath is more appropriate. When i feel really

terrible i take a unisom to help me sleep. It's the best OTC sleeping

aid i have ever tried. Sometimes i try to move around as much as i can.

I know this sounds stupid, but try to do the best you can.{ sounds

like the story of our lives}.. maybe get one of the heat patches to
