Hello all, My name is Amy. I am currently taking rituxin infusions

with methetrexate and I'd say from an RA point of view i'm operating

at about 85 %. The Rituxin has done WONDERS for me! I failed on

Humira, Remicade and Orencia. Now my Fibrmyalgia still bothers me but

its a different kind of pain-treated differently. I am struggling

BIGTIME with lack of sleep and constant headaches. My dr just put me

one Lyrica and I'm really excited about what I've read about it-it

looks promising. I will keep you posted. Thanks for letting me vent.

Hi Amy,

I have done one round of Rituxan and at the moment, it is up in the air as to

whether I will have it again. I took it alone - not with mtx. Rituxan is the

only drug I have been able to tolerate. I, too had lots & lots of headaches

beginning at the first infusion. Do you think it is the cause of your headaches

or the mtx or both? I think mtx gives people headaches but I am not sure. How

long have you been on the Rituxan? Has it lasted past 6 months?

Hi Amy! I hope the Lyrica works well for you:) I have

CFS/FMS/MPS and RA. I have learned how important a

good nights sleep is! I have difficulty with anxiety

and when having a flare, I was able to only sleep 2

hours a night. I've been taking Lunesta for the past

couple of years. There are still a few nights I may

not sleep continuously in a really bad flare but I

make up for it on other nights! Although I still have

alot of FMS pain, with the management of sleep and

managing anxiety (which is a real challenge) I find a

big improvement:)
