Guest guest
Once-a-day dosing with the new phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor udenafil is well tolerated and significantly improves erectile function over placebo in men with erectile dysfunction (ED), according to research presented here at the Joint Congress of the European and International Societies for Sexual Medicine (ESSM-ISSM). Kim Kangwon, MD, Private Urological Clinics, MenPower Urologic Clinical Network, Kwang Ju, South Korea, presented this analysis of a multicentre, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled study on December 9. The aim of the study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of once-a-day dosing of udenafil in men with ED. "The chemical structure of udenafil is similar to [sildenafil]," said Dr. Kangwon, "but, because of a chemical change, it has increased selectivity, potency, and pH solubility."Click on the below link for the full story:<http://www.docguide.com/news/content.nsf/news/852571020057CCF68525751B0069C1E0>
