Guest guest
Hey Flo! Here's my daily intake! AM - Multivitamin, Calcium/Magnesium pill, Zinc Pill, Vit. C, & Biotin all washed down with my Citrucel. Oh! & 2 Tums. Lunch - Multivitamin Dinner - Multivitamin & 2 Tums I may be adding some B-12 soon. I have been suffering from severe exhaustion the past 2 months & can't figure out why. When I went for my one year visit with my PCP, she didn't run the B-12 blood test, nor the Vit A & E ones. All the others came back perfect! (including my liver) :-) I made sure that one was done, in part, thanks to you Flo, for sharing your experience with us! So I go back on Tues. to have these done along with anything else she thinks could cause my exhaustion. I filled out the post-op question form to Dr. R 2X & he has not responded to me! I have to say I am a bit disappointed. I know he is probably swamped with this insurance thing going on, but I really wish he would respond to my medical requests, since the exhaustion could be a result of the surgery.
