Guest guest
Hi read here for a list of Superfoods everyone should include in their diet at the Weston Price site. Then look online for comparable mixes or order these things individually and add a serving of each item to a smoothie. Superfood List: http://www.westonaprice.org/basicnutrition/superfoods.html Check out this Green Food Feast http://www.wildernessfamilynaturals.com/greenfood.htm it is $29.50 for 14 oz or you can buy a blend from the site owners that they have mixed together 1 lb for $21.00 this is what is in the blend they make: http://www.regaininghealthnaturally.com/Food_as_Medicine/Green_Food_Fe ast.shtml Living Fuel is much more expensive than both but is over dbl amount/ 34 ounces @ about $75.00 and has more stuff in it. http://www.livingfuel.com/LFP_01.htm One can buy these ingredients in bulk from www.wldernessfamilynaturals.com or http://mountainroseherbs.com/ and make it yourself. You can research herbs etc.. and buy them bulk at both those sites for the wilderness you need to use their sister site called regaininghealthnaturally.com to read info on how and why herbs. Example type in Rose hips. You can get all the info on how to use it and why and it costs $9.00 per lb. or $4.00 per 8 ounces at mountain rose. I have looked up most of the ingredients that are in these Green food mixes at the two sites - mountain rose and regaining health and plan to buy those ingredients i think will benefit my condition the most and mix it all together and make my own. For instance in the wilderness family blend they have things that are not friendly to hypos like cabbage, kale etc... So i would omit it and add Beet Root powder instead. At mountain rose i type in adrenal, or cleanse etc... and it would pull up lists of all the herbs that help detox or support specific conditions and organs. So i will take out the stuff i know makes my condition worse and add what will help it. I know what things make it worse by researching the ingredients at mountain rose and Weston A Price, some are listed on regaininghealth too. Not all ingredients are listed on each site so i had to search out on each site and read what they said pros and cons wise. I am tired and hope i making sense. I use the weston a price Super Food list as my base of minerals i need to add to my diet. I looked up those minerals etc. on the mountain rose and regaining health sites for more info on why these things are important - more info than Weston listed, and to see if they sold them bulk. Looking at the pre-made food mixes i can see more ideas of things to add and go to mountain rose and regaining health or weston and use their data base to find out more info and see what fits my ailments the most. So i can research it myself. Tailor it to my needs and buy it in bulk. For now i use my Living Fuel and i buy bulk bee pollen and nutrtitional and brewers yeast and add to smoothies. When i get to the states again and have access to these things more i will make my own. But over all read the superfood list i linked in the first part of post and add those foods/supplements to your diet. you can buy some stuf and make teas out of it by researching gall bladder, liver cleanse etc.. on these sites. > > Linn, > > Has the gallbladder tonic helped? Guest guest
You can try the Isocort as it MAY be easier on the stomach but if it is it is because it is weaker. Have you tried HC cream? That might be a solution for folks with stomach/liver problems as it bypasses them. I have read 1/4 tsp equals 10MG HC but alot will depend on absorption. That is 1% HC cream available in any pharmacy. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV My Ebay Jewelry Store (Closing after Xmas!!!) http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
Linn, I don't have any info to back this up. I think someone on our thyroid forum mentioned this and I have not had a chance to follow up with Dr. about this. Had planned to with my next consult. Anyway the post had something to do with the head honcho of Standard Process changing and along with that change came changes in their product. I'm worried that this is both true or not true. If it's true, then there goes another great source for nutritional supplementation which I desperately need. If it isn't true, then there I am mentioning something like this without appropriate documentation. Argh! Linn wrote: , That's interesting, Standard Process has such a good reputation.
