(I'm a slow loser). That's wonderful that you have lost 2.2 lbs. in a week. Wish I could see numbers that big! Good luck to you and Happy Losing! Guest guest
Traci, You are definately NOT alone in this!!!!!!!! That is why we are all here. Some may have more to lose than others but it is still a struggle. Back in mid-May a friend of mine told me she was going to join and asked if I wanted to also. I told her I would, but didn't really think I could lose anything. Well, this is mid-July and so far I have lost 22 pounds, I am in shock!!! But now I believe that I really can get to goal, only another 50 or so to go. Just remember we are here for you, if it is to cheer or to tell you to behave hahaha!! I love your way of thinking and am hoping that when I go from losing 7 lbs. a week to 1 or 2 that I can have such a good attitude! Guest guest
Welcome to the new girls!! Remember whether it comes off fast or slow, it doesn't really matter, what matters is that you stick to the program because sooner or later, IT WILL COME OFF!! And this time its OFF for good!!! We are here for you---we can do this. Every week you will learn something, be little wiser and stronger. As someone once said: "It's not only about achieving your dream, but enjoying the journey, too." Best of luck to all, Dot [i'm a slow loser, but after 10 weeks my pants are falling off, it pays to be patient!] Re: Re: New member --- aandd@... wrote:> > > Hi all my name is Traci and I am from Sussex co> New Jersey. Guest guest
Hi Blahzay, Congrats on your loss so far. It is supposed to be better to lose slowly because that way it is more likely to stay off. I know that you will be able to make your goal by the end of September. I see that you were able to change from your e-mail to your name. How did you do that? The boards seem to be posting very slow this morning, don't know why. Talk to you later, Maureen > Hello all! > > I'm still tyring to get the hang of this forum's set-up, so bear with > me if I end up with a couple of multiple posts. Guest guest
Anyway, I am doing Weight Watcher's At Home Program. I have been OP since 5/1/01 and have lost 9 lbs. I'm a very slow loser. I would like to be able to lose a total of 15 lbs. by the end of September. Congratulations on your weight loss! That's great! About not knowing how to use this forum, don't worry about it. I didn't even know how to turn the computer on when we bought ours 4 years ago. Sharon
