I don't know, but if ANYONE knows if there is something you can do about that

gosh awful CRUNCH, please let me know!! I have it severely in my shoulders and

the crunch is so painful!

I think they say fish oil or shark cartilage tablets help but I can't hardly

tolerate

swallowing anymore pills. I have the crunch when I walk up the stairs too.

Which I did a lot of with Easter this weekend.

hi sharon,i too have POPPING going on,in my hips,knees,back & neck. what causes it

hi joy,i read in arthritis today that FISH OIL IS VERY GOOD FOR PEOPLE WITH RA.
