Guest guest
How much coffee does he drink. Should be no more than 2-3 cups/day. A lot of coffee produces plaque in the arteries, blockage. My hubby had that problem. > > Steve (hubby age 68 ) is on bp meds (2 types). > The last 5 days his bp has been as high as 219/110. Guest guest
My mom is 55 and in good shape, without stress, no health issues and she has been on meds for high bp for a couple of years. Recently, they diagnosed her with low electrolytes and potassium. They had to add a pill for her to take for potassium, add more to her diet, and changed her bp meds. We monitor her bp several times a day with a home monitor. I'm just the opposite though, I have hypotension and can rarely get my bp to be 100/120 --- bylg673k@... wrote: > Steve (hubby age 68 ) is on bp meds (2 types). > The last 5 days his bp has been as high as 219/110. > Usually it is at high > normal. > Rushed him to doctor, who put him on phenobarbitol. > Steve is a LAID BACK guy who is not anxious!
