How much coffee does he drink. Should be no more than 2-3 cups/day.

A lot of coffee produces plaque in the arteries, blockage. My hubby

had that problem.

My mom is 55 and in good shape, without stress, no

health issues and she has been on meds for high bp for

a couple of years. Recently, they diagnosed her with

low electrolytes and potassium. They had to add a

pill for her to take for potassium, add more to her

diet, and changed her bp meds. We monitor her bp

several times a day with a home monitor. I'm just the

opposite though, I have hypotension and can rarely get

my bp to be 100/120
