Hi jo thank you for your wonderful suggestion to get your loved ones

interested in the Olympic games!. Some people like to keep track of the

medals and that increases their retention of focusing, math, and an interest

in someone else besides themselves. I too am looking forward to the Olympic

games. I just did not think of them as a way to distract my mom and to

provide me with some down time. Good idea.

I was going to suggest the election as a distraction, too. Mom always

followed politics and paid great attention to the news and speeches. But I

urge caution in this - could be way too stressful, too.
