DESIRE Society is a non governmental organisation (NGO) established

in 2004.The organisation is working with an objective

of health development of HIV/AIDS infected patients.Now the

organisation is implementing a project to scale up HIV/AIDS care,

support and treatment in IDA Bollaram, Medak Dt,Andhra Pradesh.

DESIRE Society invites applications for the following positions from

talented and committed candidates who are seeking meaningful and challenging

assignments.

Vacancy: Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Day to Day oversight of the project activities take place at centre.

Technical assistance to project programs including training, e-mail

and telephone consultation and site visits.

Supportive Monitoring Visits to the Program Sites.

Impact analyses of current programs.

Development of Standard Operating Procedures for implementation of

care and treatment

programs at diverse health care settings.

Monitoring of Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.

Quarterly and Annual Report preparation.

Qualifications:

Should have post graduation in MSW or MA(Sociology)

Ability to work with large network of health care partners from

thegovernment, private and non-governmental sectors.

Proven ability in leading a large program.

Proven ability in mentoring and training.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi is must.

Minimum 2years' experience from same field.

Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal and analytical

capabilities.

Ability to handles multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities,

and work independently.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
