Guest guest
My husband is 61 and has been diagnosed with LBD. It all started about 6 years ago when he began to forget things and was unable to function well. We own our own company and he has not been able to work much throughout these years. We also have a 13 year old son. I am 7 years younger than my husband. I feel as though my whole life has been turned upside down and my primary role now is to take care of my husband. I'm trying to keep our company afloat, raise our child, take care of him, and let's not forget about me. It is very hard finding people to talk to about this disease. Especially, younger people like myself. Most of the stories I read are elderly, 70's 80's and such. I am scared of the future. I'm afraid of all the work this is going to be. I'm afraid of losing myself. I'm afraid of just about everything. I would love to hear from people who have younger LBD husbands, wives, etc. Thank you.
