Guest guest
Welcome Jim. I'm glad you have found tools to help you handle this disease. I was reading Inflammation Nation the other day and RA was described as - if Satan himself were to design a disease it would be this one. I'm sure you will also find support here. It's nice to know you are not alone. in NJ > > Hello everyone. This is my first time posting. Looks like a great > group of people. Guest guest
This is a really great post! Thank you for sharing! I have a CBT therapist that works with me on relaxation techniques. She is trying to help me with severe anxiety and my pain as well. I notice on days, that I let my emotions go haywire and give in to my pain and negative thoughts, my pain and anxiety are much worse. Yet on days I work really hard to be upbeat and be focus on gratitude, my pain is less severe and my manner is calm. Having suffered from severe anxiety since being a child, I see a huge connection in the mind/body. The mind is much more powerful than many give it credit for! I wish you continued success with your relaxation techniques!! --- jstmoore <jstmoore@...> wrote: > Hello everyone. This is my first time posting. > Looks like a great > group of people.
