Guest guest Posted May 16, 2012 Report Share Posted May 16, 2012 Hi, My mother is not eating, and we are not sure why. When asked she says she feels nauseated, or has a pain in her stomach. However, she started limiting her food intake about 6 months ago and did not complain of any GI symptoms. Her doctors cannot find a physical cause, and are thinking it is the Aricept she is taking, which she has always tolerated well before. She is losing weight rapidly and is unable to eat more than a few mouthfuls. I hate to see her go off the Aricept, which has improved her quality of life very much.
