Well, my pharmcist had warned me that if I had problems with eye vision problem

(corner of my eyes) to stop immediaty. Of course, I got squickly things going on

after 3 days so I immediately stopped. I even went and had my eyes checked - all

was fine once I stopped. NOW, I am allergic to just about everything so NO, I am

NOT the normal patient. Read the side effects - check Webmd.com and just watch.

You probobly will not have the problems I had but be safe!!! Watch your body and

any and all side effects. Good luck!!

I have taken 100 mg per day for years, my liver enzymes are monitored. Why is

it scary?

Try taking it but because of all of my allergic reactions, I ALWAYS take 1/2 the

dosage first and see if I can tolerate it. It is safer that way. And you should

always tell your doctor any type of wierd things that happen to you. I had 3

siezures the very day I took the full dose of Methotrexate and no one could

believe it because MTX doesn't do that. But the hospital did a complete drug

anaysis and that was the only drug in my system. So, it is imperetive that you

tell your doctor everything!!! Good luck and let me know what happens!

My daughter with Ankylosing Spondylitis has been seeing squiggles for 6 months

has never taken Imuran. Wonder how many more people with RA see squiggles???

Can you better describe " squiggles " ? How long does she see them?

When does it happen?

Hey,

I would let an eye doctor check her out. For me, the squigglies were like

crooked lines that kind of moved on the left & right sides of my eyes. They went

away after I stopped the drug. Now I do know that " floaters " are common for

anyone and are not harmful.
