Well, if you can't vent here I don't know of any where else that you can.

If you feel you need help dealing, then you should find a counselor. I have

one that I have seen a couple of times. It has helped me to see someone to vent

and to get help getting back on track (mentally). My counselor has also taught

me how to do deep breathing and how to relax (especially when I feel stressed

out). Self hypnosis has also helped with with dealing with the pain. There is

not shame in needed help.

I think most people with on-going health problems reach their limits at times.
