Yup, tried several of these "natural"/quack remedies. In my experience, don't waste your money. I'm not aware of a single properly conducted study which proves effectiveness.

I have found L-arginine supplements help a little.

Try a couple aspirins, not the kick of Viagra but has some positiveeffect.
