Gracie,

My daily averages do match this chart more or less.

Saliva cortisol was very low in the morning for me but

no other times. Perhaps, these BBT are representing

unhealthy women with sluggish thyroids.

Hi . I'm still trying to understand this. If on

day one my temp is 98.0, day two it's 98.2 and then on

day three it's 98.3, then this reveals weak adrenals

because between day one and three, there is a .3

degree difference? This is what you will typically see

on my temp. chart.

NO thi si snot adrenal fatigue. Woith weak adrenals your temos will go UP &

DOWN. A steady climb shows thyroid getting into the cells!

It could be...heck, in the books I have (and in pretty much all the webpages

I've found), the " normal " pre-ovulatory temps are 97.0-97.5. They mention

hypo and show sample patterns of someone who's hypo, and those temps go

below 97. A bit suspicious, it's just too bad I haven't found much

information yet about thryoid/adrenal temps in relation to women's normal

temp changes.

But then there is a decrease afterwards. It could drop

from 98.3 to 97.9 and then stay at 97.9 for a week.

Would this indicate weak adrenals?

Thanks for doing the research. I haven't been able to

find a thing on this issue...good luck! The ovulation

experts need to get with the endo's and come to some

concensus. Please let me know if you find anything

else...greatly appreciated.

No not if it stays steady at 97.9 that would indicate just hypo if it is not a

basal temp.
