Saliva cortisol was very low in the morning for me but no other times. If on day one my temp is 98.0, day two it's 98.2 and then on day three it's 98.3, then this reveals weak adrenals because between day one and three, there is a .3 degree difference? They mention hypo and show sample patterns of someone who's hypo, and those temps go below 97. A bit suspicious, it's just too bad I haven't found much information yet about thryoid/adrenal temps in relation to women's normal temp changes. The ovulation experts need to get with the endo's and come to some concensus.
