I much prefer the tapering from higher in the morning to low at night dosing schedule recommended by Peatfield. When you experience nausea your adrenals are sustaiing MORE damage. The hunger oyu feel when not eating with HC is it gnawing away at your stomach lining. Hi Hamerreda: That sounds like hypoglycemia. What sorts of food do you eat? Do you get enough fat and protein? Are you exercising a lot? Do you get enough good salt, vitamins and minerals? I'm also thin but since stopping all grains, I find I don't have food cravings the way I used to, but except for these unusual days with h.c., I still find I get ravenously hungry if I don't snack. I wonder if this is a sign of weak adrenals?? I've always been this way. Dahlia

I just can't recall, sorry about that. So what you say makes sense, and it's great that you can accommodate that! >I guess what I'm trying to say that your lack of >appetite might be a good thing. I know what you mean about eating to fuel a lack of energy. And not addressing the fundamental problem. But I must say that changing my dosing to h.c. three times a day--when I wake up, at lunch and at dinner seems to have resolved my appetite problem. Yesterday was a normal eating day for me, although my appetite is still less than it used to be, which might be a good thing! I would try to go without the fruit--or any sugar for that matter, unless you can eat it in very small amounts at the end of a healthy meal (protein/fat). Even so, you might have to be careful. >I also noticed while standing outside in the cold i began to feeel >slightly dizzy and was not able to control my body temperature, now >does that sound like a thyroid issue? I hope others will comment on this; I'm really not sure. Low blood pressure from weak adrenals making you dizzy? Aren't weak adrenals also related to body temp? I forgot if you are on thyroid meds? Right now, I'm taking 60 mgs when I wake up and 30 mgs 8 hours later. Where should I add the next 15? Thanks, Val, Dahlia

Casein is I think the protein found in milk which is the part that gets people who are allergic. I know there is a yahoo group-gluten free casein free, and I think they say that one is often allergic to both. Do you drink a lot of milk or eat a lot of dairy foods? If so, you may want to check out the group or do a google search on casein allergy. I believe allergies can make you feel pretty bad! And are a stress to the adrenals...or really what I find is that when my adrenals are stressed, my food allergies return big time. Then I really need to be careful what I eat. >Today i feel pretty good did some physical labor for quite a bit at >work, and no shakes. >I did feel a bit dizzy and woozy for a bit but i'm keeeping my >fingers crossed,i hope this is a start of a new beginning,as i still >have some more amalgam removal to go through in early january, and i >need adrenals to be functioning somewhat before any chelation >therapy. Thanks again to all. Gee, I'm surely no expert, but I treat weakness and dizziness as adrenal/hypoglycemia symptoms, so I: dose with h.c., drink at least a glass of 1/4 tsp celtic sea salt with 1000-2000 mg vitamin c, and make sure I get something nutrient dense to eat, i.e. protein and fat, and maybe a bit of sugar like a slice of apple or something. I probably would repeat this in 30-60 minutes if I still felt lousy, but too much salt gives me a headache since I started dosing with h.c. What are you doing to get your adrenals strong? Maybe others will jump in, Dahia
