Guest guest
sounds good. some times you jsut want something that resembles a chip. i'm going to Costco next week, and see if those vegie chips are loaded with anything. what i'd love is something that has banana taste, and not be banana. not sure what that is, other than water with banana extract. lol pat > n > the microwave, and cook til crispy (in mine, about 7 minutes). Guest guest
Pork Rinds make a good snack. They're crunchy so they help with potato chip/popcorn cravings. You can even get them in a bag to cook in the microwave like popcorn. And don't forget cheese chips! Spread shredded cheese on parchment paper in the microwave, and cook til crispy (in mine, about 7 minutes). Let it cool, then remove the paper from the cheese (doing it the other way will give you crumbs). Almost as good as potato chips, especially if you sprinkle it with salt or something. You can buy a used >exercise bike or other exercise equipment for next to nothing. Guest guest
I recently baked a loaf of Carbolite bread (from a mix). It was pretty good. I found it at my local Winn Dixie. Guest guest
Or put on music and do sort of a march in place.... step forward with the right foot, back on the left foot, to the side with the right foot and back on the left, forward with the right, back on the left... and so on. Keep doing it on the right side for 10 times and reverse. I've done that many a time when I couldn't go out to walk :-) Do pushaways from the kitchen counter. Guest guest
sandy. sounds good. i'm also telling myself that if i think my 200 lb. butt is too big to go out walking, and people will laugh, there's exercise programs on TV (no clue when, because i'm not into it), but i certainly can turn on the AC, get on the living room floor, and do it with the TV. or get one of those " walking machines " , and watch Oprah, or whatever. I'm convincing myself today that i will forget i'm exercising if i have on the TV, it's cool in here, and i walk the entire length of the show. i know i didn't get this way overnight, and i detest working outside, etc., but you knkow, i feel better this morning after just that yard work, but i'm soaking wet. lol i figure if it's hot, i have no excuse for not using an inside piece> . but i like the marching in place thing. pat on music and do sort of a march in place.... step forward with the > > right foot, back on the left foot, to the side with the right foot and back >
