Guest guest
In reading the low cortisol symptoms on STTM I see -Waking up in the middle of the night for a couple of hours.... can someone tell me why it would be low cortisol doing this? This doesn't make sense to me as cortisol rises are what wake us up in the morning at the right time..... I thought that adrenaline surges woke us up at night, or dropping estrogen in women..... so if it is low cortisol doing the waking would I be advised to take a small dose of cortef right then and there? I never had sleeping problems until I began cortef..... I need cortef, without question, but somehow it has messed up my sleeping at night. I wake up at 3 a.m. and don't return to sleep. I am on 25-30 mg or cortef during the day, last dose at 4 p.m. 3.25 mg armour, last raise 2 weeks ago. Thanks ahead for all replies, Eileen http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/growhair/
