stress dosing on Nutri glandulars and h.c

Someone on another list has been asking me about stress dosing and this

person takes Nutri Glandulars.

I said I was unsure about how to proceed with stress dosing with these as

they contain adrenaline and that could be very uncomfortable I am thinking if

she was to double dose.

And then I wondered how it would be to use h.c for stress dosing whilst

taking Nutri Adrenal Glandulars.

Sounds to me like that could work but I have not heard of anyone doing it.

Has anyone else?
