My mom is caring for my dad who has pretty classic LBD symptoms. He is really

losing ground lately. He can still walk, but he is very dizzy and very weak.

He can't find his way around the house and doesn't know us more and more often.

My mom's biggest problem is what to do when he refuses to get changed when he

needs it. She is worried about bed sores since he sits all day, but he often

doesn't want to get in the shower. He is only on seroquel now. He was on the

patch for a long time, but he was really reacting to the adhesive or something

in that patch and it never seemed to make much of a difference. He has a heart

medication also I believe and my mom gives him melatonin for sleep also.

Thanks
