Puffiness & Prednisone????

Does anyone have any tricks for getting rid of the puffiness caused by the

prednisone? Mine is mostly in the face but it looks like I could stick a pin

in my eye lid area and pop them there so swollen! I'm only on 10 mg a day so

I can just imagine how a higher dose might effect someone. I'm on MTX also

but the puffiness seemed to be there before I started that.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
