Guest guest
Nope! The majority of your calories are going to come from fat just because your carb consumption is so low and you can only eat so much protein in a day! In the absence of carbs, fat doesn't have the same nasty effects on our bodies anymore. It does take some time to shift from thinking of fat as the enemy to embracing it as a friend The only time to worry about calories at all is if you are having difficulty losing. Then you might need to tweak calorie consumption - you may need to eat more calories or fewer - truly a YMMV thing. But unless that's the case, relax, count your carbs and enjoy your food Kirstie

Guest guest
I am concluding day 11 here. Should I be watching my fat calories or even the total calories a day? ElaineF
