liver clinic appointment

I went for my appointment to the liver clinic

yesterday. I've had elevated functions since 1999

(before I was put on any medications, so medications

causing this issue have been ruled out). I've

participated in a liver study as well. My diagnosis

is hepatitis. I do not have type a, b, or c. More

than likely it is that my liver stores fat in its

cells (and diet has nothing to do with this so its not

even what I eat, though I do eat healthy). They

suspect it is patchy NAFLD, yet I read information

from the Mayo clinic that RA could be causing my

issue. Yet, my RA is seronegative, so I am not sure

it would do this at all? Yesterday, they ordered a CPK

blood test to see if I have any muscular diseases

going on. They also did a test to check analoos

levels. Does anyone have any idea what kind of

muscular disease they would be looking for? I'm sure

they won't find anything, usually every time we look

for something rare, we don't find it. It was most

likely just to rule out something yet again. They did

say that since my numbers had improved since I was

seen in the past, that I can go on Methotrexate or go

back on the diclofenac as well. Yet if I do go the

Methotrexate route I will automatically have to have

another liver biopsy one year after treatment with the drug.
