Avocado, tomato, lime juice, salt, (maybe salsa, onion, jalepeno) Look what the one in the jar contains. Ortega Guacamole Dip: Ingredients: Skim Milk, Canola Oil, Concentrated Crushed Tomatoes, Food Starch Modified, Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Cream Cheese (cultured Milk, Salt, Carob Bean Gum), High Fructose Corn Syrup, Glucono Delta Lactone, Maltodextrin, Cellulose Gel, Avocado Powder, Garlic Powder, Monosodium Glutamate, Dehydrated Bell Pepper, Spice, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Worcestershire Sauce Solids (Corn Syrup Solids, Salt, Caramel Color, Garlic, Sugar, Spices, Soy Sauce Solids [Naturally Fermented Wheat and Soybeans, Salt, Maltodextrin, Caramel Color], Tamarind, Natural Flavors, Malt Extract), Xanthan Gum, Cellulose Gum, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate (to preserve Freshness), Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Lime and Lemon Juice Solids, Jalapeno Peppers, Chili Pepper, Mono and Diglycerides, Acetic Acid, Yellow 5, Blue 1.
