Guest guest
Corky my dear child, I want you to get that " Night at the Roxbury " sound track. If you're at home and you are tempted to cram something in that pretty face of yours, slam that CD in the old stereo and do some dancing. You'll find your desire for the carby/sugary food is gone and you will feel really, really good because your heart and lungs have gotten a workout and your blood is nicely full of oxygen. What a way to go. I paid the price yesterday for my impromptu workout with an achy body, but feel great today. I have a new CD by Tangerine Dream called " Oasis " that I'm playing right now. First time I have listened to it and it's great also. Anything that can get you up and exercising, even if it's just be-bopping in a chair if you can't get around too well, will help kill the sugar/carb desire and make you feel like a million. Also, remember good music, not necessarily what I like (new wave) but what ever floats your boat is very therapeutic, especially if you have a tendency toward depression like I do. I am a stress eater. Come on girl, if a fat old bag like me can make it work you can too. OK now, anda One, anda Two, anda One. ))))) Now, if you're at work or in a crowd, or if your family likes to laugh at you like mine does ( " you know how Mom is " ) I don't know what to tell you but I'm am sure that someone as inventive as you are can work something out!!! Love Ya Babe, Mom Pudge pudge@...

So now, a one anda two anda one anda two..............and watch that waistline begin to appear. Also I just bought the Beatles album " 1 " and found some of my very favorites on it. Thank you God for ears and the ability to appreciate all things beautiful. I mean it. Love Mom Pudge, (whatever happened to the twist) pudge@...
