Guest guest
I am working with my first omnipod patient. In the past I worked mainly with Medtronic patients. For those of you who have gained experience with this system, would taking a meal bolus and then immediately changing pod effect absorption?? My patient decided on her own to bolus, change pod and then eat. I asked her not to do this in the future as I was worried she may have hypoglycemia if her meal got delayed with changing her pod. Any insight will help. Gwen ,RD,LDN,CDE
