Re: CDR not returning my calls/emails

I submitted all of my CEU's online for review six months before they were due. I

wanted to get feedback as to whether or not they were acceptable. I got a

response in just a few days. Also, when I submitted online for the 5 year

renewal it was approved quickly via e-mail. Seemed to go smoothly on my end.

Subject: CDR not returning my calls/emails

I have tried multiple times to reach a certain staff person at CDR who is

responsible for questions regarding CPEs and CPE program approvals.

Unfortunately, he has not returned any of my emails or phone calls, and I've

been trying to get my few questions answered for two months.

Does anyone have any inside info on whom I should be trying to contact as

perhaps an alternative? The staff list on the CDR page just leaves me

confused. Also, I'm concerned that when I submit my materials, they will end

up in some dead letter box.

I should probably be more clear on what I meant - I am creating a continuing

ed module for CPEs for RDs/DTRs and have questions about that process.

Shelby, I suggest calling and asking for Reidy, RD. the CDR

Executive Director. Tell her you aren't sure you've been trying to reach

the right person to answer your questions. She's been very pleasant on

the couple of occasions that other CDR staff referred me to her.
