Food And Drink To Avoid?

Has anyone's RU told them specifically to avoid any particular food or

drink? Just wondering if taking away certain things from my diet might help.

I

stopped all caffeine, alcohol, and diet soda a month ago as well as bakery

sweets and candy and so far I feel nothing but worse...although I don't blame

it

on the diet change.

I'm also bummed that I read soy causes inflammation and now I have to give

up my yummy soy milk.

Just wondering if there is a list of proven food or drink that causes

inflammation or even better ones that reduce it!

Thanks,

Mandi
