Hi Tawanna and all WWliterside

friends!!

I am also a new member, I signed on yesterday afternoon. The

rest of the afternoon I spent reading through the old posts...( my computer

is very slow- we need more gigawhatsies and biteawhosies!! ). First

I want to thank for letting me join the group! And all the recipes

sound wonderful!!! I can't wait to make the Key Lime Pie...yummy!

A little about me-- I am 39 years old, married for 19 yrs. on July 31st,

we have 4 kids... & Meghan are 18 year old twins (just graduated

from HS on 6/24), Andy is 17, and Mallory is 13. I live in NY State,

near the Great Lakes, in a small town. ( Think Mayberry!) I have

been on WW since March 2001, but haven't been to a meeting in about 4 weeks.

(Hubby thinks I can do it from home, on my own.) Well, I have regained

about 10 pounds!, which brings me to a question: What is the "at home program??"

and the "online program??" I really need to keep up with the program,

as I need to lose 150+ pounds! (I have high blood pressure and diabetes-which

could be alot better controlled with a good weight loss!)

I will

keep on reading the posts, and can't wait to get to know you all!!!

Hi everyone

I just joined this group and I think it is fantastic. I live in

Dallas /Ft.Worth TX. I have not been very successful on WW ONLY

because I have not followed the program. I totally believe

it works

if you work it. I joined in Oct. and Lost 2 lbs. I loved

my leader

soooo much I continued to go but I never lost anything. I actually

gained. So I quite going and finally joined again 3 wks ago.

The

first week I lost 2.5 yeah!!!!!. Well the next weekend I

gained it

all back because I went to a family reunion and ate everthing in

site. The next week I continued to stay of WW and I gained

3lbs. I

am not discouraged with WW because I believe it works. I

just have

to get back on the program and stay on it. I received an

e-mail from

someone who stated she was paying WW to gain weight and that hit

homw

with me. Well I would like to thank and everyone else for

letting me be apart of this group. I think this site is really

going

to help me. I was running out of Ideals for meals when I

joined this

group and sent me all kinds of receipes.

I hope you all see this post because wanted to hear from us

and

I really don't know if I posted this in the right area.

Hello and Welcome to the Group !! I'm happy to hear you're enjoying the posts, be sure to check out the Files and Bookmarks for more great stuff!!

You can do the program from home!! I'm doing the At Home Program and I love it!! You pay a one time fee and get everything all at once. The point book, dining out guide, calculator, point slider, activity slider, 12 weekly books, journals, carrying case, phone support for 26 weeks, a box of 2pt bars, recipes cards. You don't go to meetings - you choose a day you want to weigh yourself at home at keep track of it. We have some great journals and weight and measurement trackers in our files. One reason I started this group was so I could get support from other people doing the program - whether they are at home or going to meetings or doing it online!! My whole family is also supporting me - even my husband decided to keep a journal so he could lose 10 pounds :-) I have my two oldest kids doing the program with me now too! Everyone eats what I cook - this is a lifestyle change for all of us!!

I understand your dilema and I wish you luck in your decision!!

Remember - we are all here for you!!
