Subject: Whats in your lunch box?

I am in a rut! My husband has been complaining of having the same food items to

pack for lunch day after day (I am a creature of habit). I was curious what

other people pack for lunches to bring to work to give me some new ideas?!?

Thanks in advance!

I like using the Bento Box method for lunches:

http://www.lunchboxes.com/bento.html

Usually this allows me to pack half a sandwich, a lettuce, pasta, or fruit

salad (even comes with a little container for dressing or dip), some nuts or

fruit, and a little healthy dessert (I make batches of homemade low fat

cookies). There is a pocket in the carrying case for snacks (I take protein

bars for work snacks) and a bottle for your beverage.

This is great for portion control too. I'm not sure if this is the kind of

advice you're looking for, but this method does help me get creative and

forces me to choose a variety of things to pack for my lunch.
