" Overall, the most important factor for differences in effect sizes was intervention intensity. The strongest evidence for improvement of physiologic outcomes was for high-intensity counseling interventions. Few medium-intensity interventions and no high-intensity interventions involved primary care clinicians as the provider of the intervention. A group effort to urge a Grade B at least would be good. C = " The USPSTF recommends against routinely providing the service. Preventative services are more cost effective in the long run- at least that is how corporate wellness is being sold to companies w/health insurance.
