Nondairy milk suggestions needed

Hello group,

Can anyone advise me of nondairy milks (excluding soy, oat or nut-based)

that are low fat (approx. < 3 g per 8 fl oz), but have a decent amount of

protein? I'm looking for something with more protein than rice milk, and

less fat than hemp milk. All the coconut milk beverages I see are 5 g fat

per serving.

Hi Shelby,

There are not any other nondairy milks available that I am aware if you

eliminate soy, oat, hazelnut, almond, hemp and coconut. Perhaps you need to

look at some like Boost or Ensure-type or a whey powder drink. Calories may

be an issue with some of these if that is critical.
