Sometimes I give them out but usually I will just show them the plate to make

the point. I've known some that actually do buy and use them. They make harder

plastic ones that can be cleaned. I know it sounded like I was joking...but I

was serious :-)

To be real " frugal " I could cut out pictures of food and put them in from

all the freebie magazines I get :-) I like that idea!! Thanks!
