Creamy Garlic Shrimp 3 t. butter (no substitutions) 3 T. all-purpose flour 2 c. low-fat milk 1/2 t. garlic powder (or more!) 1 T. dried parsley flakes 3/4 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp (peeled, de-veined, and tails removed) 2 T. parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add flour and cook 1-2 minutes stirring continuously. Slowly pour in milk stirring constantly. Add garlic powder and parsley flakes and simmer until thick and creamy. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
