NJY Camps has just completed a dedicated gluten-free kitchen for their

summer program beginning June 2011. We've had an exciting opportunity from

NJY Camps in partnership with 92Y to experience their gluten-free camp

program through a gluten-free family weekend, June 10-12, 2011. This event

be limited to 200 families and will provide an exciting opportunity for

friends of the Center to combine fundraising and socializing with a unique

gluten-free camp experience.

10:30 am -- 11:00 am Quantitative Evaluation of Celiac Disease (

Ciaccio, PhD)

11:00 am -- 11:30 am Q & A (all)

Mrs. Alaska, Wendler, was diagnosed with celiac disease three years

ago and will be joining us for her first public appearance at NJY Camp at

Family Camp while she speaks to the group on living everyday with celiac

disease!

Join Dunn author of Gluten Free on a shoestring while she

demonstrates easy, delicious and affordable recipes for the whole family!
