Guest guest
Can anyone give me the points to a diet blueberry pie with a crust on top and bottom? Actually, I don't plan on eating the whole pie. Just a piece! Sharon

Guest guest
Sharon - I have three different cobbler recipes but no two crust recipes. Here's a 1 point crust recipe ... 3/4 cup flour 3 tablespoons light butter -- softened, tub style 2 tablespoons powdered sugar Spray 9" inch pie pan with Pam. Mix ingredients with a fork and press into prepared pie plate. Bake at 350 for 10 to 14 minutes until golden brown. Cool crust 10 - 15 minutes before filling. I guess you could double the recipe to make a double crust and it would be 2 points per 1/8th slice for the crust then add points for the filling. Hope that helps!! ~~ Can anyone give me the points to a diet blueberry pie with a crust on top and bottom? Actually, I don't plan on eating the whole pie. Just a piece!
