Guest guest
It is really weird! It didn't burn me the first time it was applied at the salon. That's why I was thinking perhaps something in it reacts with the DMARD's or something. I'm still red and itchy on the face and neck this morning. I keep taking the antihistamines and putting on the eucerin calming cream. My doctor had advised it will take a few days for the reaction to calm down. Luckily, its not as intense as it was and its not my whole body anymore. It's just rather uncomfortable. And its making the upper respiratory infection I have worse Jolenefive@... wrote: hmmm see i only take methatrexate besides all the other meds no pain meds. I will go check and see what it has in it. Guest guest
I just read in Nourishing Traditions that eating too many whole grains depletes us of our minerals. I eat mostly whole oatmeal and a rice/bean/lentil mix. My protein is mostly 3 egg yolks a day with a piece of raw liver once a week. NOW what am I supposed to do? Used to make salads every day and can't now and used to steam other veggies but now know you must boil a lot which lets me out there too because of several reasons. Guest guest
I'm pretty sure that means whole grains without their anti-nutrients removed...not whole grains in general. Double check where you read that from. Modern processed whole grain foods definitely can bind to many minerals in our digestive track and prevent us from absorbing them, While properly prepared whole are grains are a rich source of minerals and vitamins. Weston A. Price was all for lentils and whole grains when they are prepared properly...and eaten with fat soluble activator vitamins. - > > > I just read in Nourishing Traditions that eating too many whole grains > depletes us of our minerals. > > I eat mostly whole oatmeal and a rice/bean/lentil mix. Guest guest
Throughout history grains have been considered the " staff of life " for all cultures. So then why has it become popular to exclude grains from the diet recently, as if there were something inately wrong with the grain rather than the individual? It's not like I'd never eat grains again, but I wouldn't eat them regularly. mike

Guest guest
I would say raw milk, bone broth, eggs, organs/glands/muscle meats/fats especially the liver, coconut meat from fresh coconut would be good sources. Have bone broth or stock gravy with every solid meal. Boiled kelp is good too. Magnesium chloride oil as most foods are deficient in magnesium. Have fermented cod liver oil or sunlight for vitamin D. What are the benefits of water oz minerals? Guest guest
Wow, at vitaminlife.com it's ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops By: Trace Minerals UPC Code: 878941000096 Price: $284.54 Says it comes from the Great Lakes. Do you think sea salt has the same thing? Guest guest
Regarding water, I would suggest a less expensive (and absolutely not multi-level) water purification and alkalizing machine. I personally have been using a waterworks4u.com Aquarius water purification machine for a couple of years now, but their cheaper machines work well too. I learned that minerals work vibrationally and that you do not need massive amounts of them added to your water. Sort of like water running over rocks in a river to get the vibration of the minerals. The best mineral companies I have found are the following: * tonicgold.com -- i use the one with Gotu Kola * Ambaya Gold -- I purchase their mineral and detox products * Omica -- great source of shilijit (amazing mineral), zeolite, and water fiters * Healthforce -- super food powders are amazing too, but I use the separately I suggest placing a few drops or whatever you like of their products in a central water jug and filling glass bottles for re-use. I know it sounds a little extreme, but the alkaline water absorbs the vibration of the supplements and you body will receive that vibration whenever you use their products. My health has gotten so amazing that it takes some metaphysics to explain what has happened. :-D I highly recommend their products I tend to eat very Weston Price and Primal Diet/Aajonous Vonderplanitz with some of the raw vegan type foods mixed in.
