Guest guest
Tell you what, an even easier way to prevent the issue is to just leave the group entirely. Since so many of the " professionals " commenting fail to understand the courtesy I am requesting, I will just no longer deal with it. Guest guest
Hey, , hope you don,t intend to leave. I know many times I may have a different point of view but you definitely make think and become passionate if I believe myself. Guest guest
Pat, I gave up on those bulletin boards after the first couple of months. I may be the exception (but I know I'm not), but I LOVE the controversy, the different opinions, the incredible amount of knowledge and courage I see out there. I would not trade these lists and the vast array of valuable information I get from them for a boring, staid, indifferent and cold bulletin. For a boring method to obtain information I'll buy the book and read it. I just wish that the Yahoo groups as well as being so lively, would be more in the line of Face Book so I can actually see the faces of the participants, and especially the surroundings in which they work. I'm a very visual person, as well as extremely passionate about those things that interest me. ADA phased it out for a bulletin board format that was announced as more current, etc. I joined and get a weekly email on Sunday's recapping strings that have recent entries. When I open it most are about people starting out in private practice or another new endeavor and wanting ideas. Often there are only two or three posts that I can see in a week though one can read strings going back some time Pat > > > > I'm not going anywhere. I enjoy your passionate comments!
