I am in need of 42 more total recipes in the following categories: Fruits, Beef Entrees, and Non-Alcoholic Beverages. I need the following from you: 1. Your recipe(s) 2. Your digital photo 3. Your digital photo of food item (if you have it) 4. Your biography (as long or short as you would like it to be) Please submit your material to me at the following e-mail address: Dietitian@... Having Cerebral Palsy myself, life is becoming increasingly more difficult; however, I never give-up on myself nor do I ever give-up on reaching my goals that I have set for myself, such as authoring this cookbook, which is one of those goals. Walking, having obtained my education in dietetics, and being a dietitian are all things that I love. As my way to say " Thank you " to you, I will feature you on my blog, which is called From a Dietitian's Perspective. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Respectfully yours, Sepe 8 Genesee Avenue Binghamton, New York 13903 Phone: Blog: http://fromadietitiansperspective.blogspot.com Author: Males with Eating Disorders (ISBN: 978-0-983-06700-9) Author: The Future of the Hospitality Industry-Impact: The Role of the Working Woman (ISBN: 9-781605-00044-2)
