Did anyone even use the abbreviation in a sentence. Now instead of saying I am a

member of ADA, it is now I am a member of AND. I can just here it now, and what

organization do you belong to.You are no longer FADA but FAND. Next think you

know they will want to bring back NutriBird. :)

delivered nutritional information. There was a significant kill the bird

movement in the 80s I believe. It's killing was justifiable despite not be

edible.

Hey, I liked NutriBird, I still have the totebag! I do agree, the new name

is unwieldy and will take alot of explaining to the public. Somehow, belonging

to an Association was much easier to understand. People are going to think we

are in school. Some schools I attended when I was growing up were called

" academy " , and that is what I think of when I hear the new name. I suppose in

a decade or two, we will get used to it!
