hi kari.i exercised first time in quite awhile. i moved the big weight

bench down 2 flights of stairs to the basement so dad can use it. i

bought a smaller flat/slant bench for upstairs. so we moved all the

bench stuff plus most of the weights. took about an hr. ffwew. woowee it

feels good. i've been battling a sinus thing, finally got meds and my

energy level is back up and 'm ready for exercise again. lets go girl.
