Guest guest
I signed up for information regarding the " Great Taste, No Pain " diet/food plan a long time ago. I have not " purchased " the plan because I'm unemployed, etc. And am wondering what all it entails as well as it's reputability. Any RD's out there who could tell me whether this is a scientifically/nutritionally valid diet plan in regard to digestive disorders? I'm still on their e-mail last and thus get barraged with daily e-mail about why I should buy this plan to use for myself or loved ones with GI issues. I just want to know the real deal: other than the testimonials that are in the daily e-mail from the company, has any RD out there had success with this plan either for themselves or with clients? Sincere thanks, - RD/LD Austin, Texas
Guest guest
I googled it and it seems to be mostly ads or " testimonials " . I did see it was written by a " health researcher " ?????? and the diet is " food combining " . Do you have more info?
