Hi Dot,

Good for you that you re-joined WW!! I think 12.4 weight loss is great!!

I have to ask--what is the Wendie plan? I think I remember someone

mentioning it from an earlier letter and I thought it was a pun about

's fast food place. Is there really a Wendie diet? I don't know

anything about it. Thanks for your help.

Rejoined WW, Dot

Hi this is Dot,

I decided to re-join WW for another 10 weeks. So far I've lost 12.4 lbs--no

big record, but I FEEL so much better. My pants almost fall off,and when I

lose another 10 lbs. I'll have to get a size smaller to wear to work. I took

another look at the Wendie plan this morning, and think I'll go on it. I was

worried about the low point days--would I be able to stay that low on those

appointed days???? Well, for the past week, when I came home around midnight

(from work) I've had points to spare and ate them then. I could just go to

bed a little hungry, or eat 0 point jello. So I made the extra high point

day the day my husband and I are off from work together, and we sometimes go

out to eat. I'm not really sure how I'll use those extra points---do I

really want a piece of pie? Maybe I should think about this before next

Wednesday!! Right now I can't think of any thing I really want--I never feel

deprived on this program. I keep plenty of really great low point food in

the fridge and I know I can have it.

Well, best of luck to everybody, have a great weekend and keep OP! Dot

Hi Dot,

Glad to hear that you decided to rejoin. It really is worth it!!

Congrats on your loss so far!! As far as the Wendie Plan goes I have

read a lot about it on the ww site, and a lot of people had good

results. Personally, I bounce my points around but always stay

within my points. One day eat high on points, the next day low, the

next add exercise points in, the next eat mid-range. I don't really

plan it, it just seems that is how I get hungry. I refuse to eat

more, when I am not hungry, just to make points. If there is a day

that I really want something, I usually go ahead, and I have never

gone over points and exercise points. My summer treat has been a

Starbucks Mocha Frappacino 5 Points, the funny thing is I don't like

coffee but love these. They built a Starbucks in the Albertsons that

I shop at, very bad idea.

Good Luck!!

Congrats Dot, April, and other " Losers " !

It may come off slow, but it is staying off! ;-)

I am so glad you're sticking with it. It is really even harder when it comes

off slower, so you guys are definitely serious about this and that's what it

takes to get to goal!

God bless,
